DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Local Delivery Service is available Monday-Saturday 11:00am-7pm
DELIVERY FEE: Free Delivery within 3 mile radius, $25 Delivery Fee outside of mile radius
All orders received by noon will qualify as same day, Afternoon-Next day Delivery
Orders over $500 may qualify for special delivery
Option at Check Out.
XPRESSIONS PROCESSING POLICIES
Thanks for purchasing our exclusive hair and beauty products at www.Xpressionsbeautyco.com, or
from our physical location. Our clients and your satisfaction with our merchandise and customer care is
our top priority. We understand that issues may arise that may warrant a return of your purchase and
have we’re happy to help following our company policies.
Processing
- Orders placed online can take up to three (3) business days to process and prepare for
shipment.
- We will confirm your order has been received via email.
- If you need to make changes to an order in processing or to cancel your order, please reply as
soon as possible to your order confirmation email.
- Additionally, you may call our product line at 719-217-3395.
- Orders canceled within 72 hours of purchase will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping
- Customers will receive their orders within four (4) business days via standard shipping after
processing is complete.
- Available shipping couriers are USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping costs are in addition to product
costs.
- Prices for shipping are determined by the customer’s location and chosen courier at checkout.
- You will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped, which will accompany your
tracking number.
- If your order is not received, please respond to your shipping confirmation email, or contact us
at 719-217-3395.
- Our shipments are not insured. You may elect to add insurance to your purchase upon check
out.
Refunds
- Refunds of all Xpressions Beauty & Barber products are strictly prohibited, except during the
72 hour processing period.
- Defective items may be replaced for the same product or exchanged for a different item of
equal or lesser value.
Exchange Requests
- Customers who receive defective item(s) must request an exchange within seven days of the
date of package receipt by calling our product line at 719-217-3395 or emailing us at

- Original purchase item(s) must be unused, returned in its original packaging, with proof of
purchase. No restocking fess.
- We will provide you a return shipping label via email at no cost.

Exchange Processing
- Returned item(s) will be inspected by one of our quality control agents, who will determine if
the item(s) is acceptable for exchange.
- If approved, customers may replace the product with another of equal or lesser value.
